Owen Meredith was born and grew up in South Wales, where he lived for 18 years before moving to Staffordshire to study at university. After completing his degree in marketing and politics, he moved to London for work.

 
Owen considers himself a liberal minded conservative. He believes in small government solutions to deliver a fairer, greener society that offers opportunity and aspiration for all, a message Owen strongly promotes.
