Owen Pledges To Support Schools |

Owen will fight for greater independence for schools in Caerphilly. Conservative plans will see budgets handed directly to schools, giving teachers the flexibility to ensure the best education for our children and reducing unnecessary management costs. He said: “There is no doubt that the years ahead will be tough, but if we focus on outcomes and ensure we get value for money from every pound of your taxpayers’ money, we can ensure that children in Caerphilly receive a great education and develop the skills we need to build a strong local economy." |
